Due to the many different engine packages and cooling system requirements, please provide the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) part number so we can determine the correct truck radiator, metal radiator, charge air cooler, or heavy duty truck part for your application. You can use our search engine by entering in an OEM number, part number or dealer number. On most parts you will find a number of some sort. Try entering in the number and searching for it. Some numbers will not be found. You can always call us with any number to locate it for you. By searching with this number, you can be assured you’re ordering the correct part for your equipment and you will receive the correct part.

Policies

Returns Policy for all RadiatorPros Products
We want you to be 100 percent satisfied with your RadiatorPros purchase. And to make sure you are, our generous return policy allows you to return any RadiatorPros purchase within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied. No questions asked. All you need do is contact us first to get a Return Authorization by calling toll-free at 1-877-203-4572 or by sending an e-mail to sales@radiatorpros.com. We do not charge any restocking fees because we are so confident that our products will meet your expectations. We will give you instructions on how to return, at your expense, any new, uninstalled product and undamaged piece in its original packaging. We will gladly refund the cost of the item less our original shipping and handling costs. For products that are offered with free shipping, we will charge 15% of the product price to cover our shipping and handling costs.

If you receive a damaged item, RadiatorPros will give you a complete credit or exchange - your preference - when you return it at our expense. To qualify for our damage-return policy, you must contact RadiatorPros within one business day of receipt of the item.

Delivery Time
Most orders at RadiatorPros are filled shortly after your order - usually within one day. Delivery to you will depend upon your location. Most deliveries occur 2 to 4 days after the initial order has been received.
We do our best to fill your order as expeditiously as possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

RadiatorPros proudly uses Paypal for accepting payment. By using Paypal you can be assured that your payment information is secure.

Credit Cards
RadiatorPros accepts credit cards. Just select credit card as your payment choice. Enter your credit card information on our secure site. We use Authorize.net to confirm your card information. We do not save any credit card information on our site. Your information is used only for the transaction you are submitting and then deleted. Again, you can be assured that your payment information is secure.

Motor Freight Shipping
RadiatorPros may use, at its sole discretion, any freight carrier to delivery your product to you.

Receipt of Your Items
Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives. Your items are insured against freight damage. Please do not sign the Bill of Lading until you are reasonably certain that all your items have been delivered in good condition. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately if you discover any damage. You must sign the Bill of Lading with a note describing the damage that you see. We will arrange to have the item replaced at no cost to you. Please refuse the shipment if it has been significantly damaged during shipping or if the product is different than what you had ordered.

Privacy
At RadiatorPros.com, we collect only the information that we need to provide you with superior service. And we will absolutely never ever share your information with anyone, unless required by law. Our purpose in collecting information about you is to help us personalize and continually improve your online shopping experiences with us.
